Delivery
Free standard UK shipping over £50, flat rate of £4 under £50.
Ready to ship within 3 working days. Custom items - 1 – 4 weeks, depending on time of year. If it’s urgent, please contact me first – I’ll try my best to help. Items are sent Royal Mail, First Class and either Tracked 24 or Signed For which usually takes between 1-2 days to arrive.

 

Returns
I aim to treat everyone as I would like to be treated myself. Contact me directly to arrange the return. sarah@sarahdelarrinaga.co.uk

When you’re returning an item because you don’t like it or you’ve changed your mind, postage is payable by the customer. If you’re returning an item because it’s faulty, then I will refund the postage.

 

Exchanges
If you’ve bought something or were gifted an item, and would like to exchange it then that’s not a problem, just let me know what you’d like instead and arrange any payment if there’s a difference in value.
